At Mia's, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags attached. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, our simple return process ensures a quick refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments with their original packaging and tags into the shipping box or a similar mailer.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
